We are very proud of the woodwork in our lodge.  The floors in the guestrooms have the hardwood floors original to the building.  The lower level is hemlock and the upper level is fir.  The trim work and shelving as well as the kitchen farm table is cottonwood, which was milled locally.

A friend of the family gave the railing on the stairway to us.  It is part of the original railing salvaged from the old Bottineau High School when it was torn down many years ago.  After some adaptations and refinishing it fits in beautifully with the decor of our lodge.
